Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your Lumora Floral piece. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, customized items, and items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
